Generates a new migration file based on any schema changes (e.g. adding or removing CustomFields). See TypeORM migration docs for more information about the underlying migration mechanism.
If the schema changes include adding the (languageCode, baseId) unique constraint to one or more
translation tables (introduced in v3.8 to prevent duplicate translations, see
#4884), the generated migration will begin
with a call to deduplicateTranslations for exactly those tables, so that any duplicate rows
already present in the database are removed before the constraint is created.
