A VersionStrategy defines how to serialize, restore, and preview a specific entity type. Each versionable entity needs its own strategy.
Declare permissions when a version holds data that the catalog permissions do not cover. Use the permissions of
the entity's own resolvers. The PriceList strategy declares ReadPriceList and UpdatePriceList, because a
price list version holds the list's entries.
