Who must do this: projects that upgrade from 0.x to 1.0 and that have quotes. Other projects can skip this page.
In 0.x, @vendure-platform/quote-management ran every quote with the quote-negotiation
workflow. In 1.0, that workflow is in @vendure-platform/quote-negotiation (Enterprise). A quote
stores the module that runs it in the new column quote.requiredModule. Nothing marks the 0.x
quotes.
