Pass these options to GiftCardsPlugin.init() or VendurePlatform.init({ giftCards: ... }):
Storefront purchases require a ProductVariant linked in Gift Cards > Configuration. createDefaultGiftCardProduct creates one at bootstrap when no configuration exists. Administrative issuance does not require a ProductVariant.
The child appends GiftCardPurchaseGuardValidator to the parent validators and excludes gift-card order lines from the deductible total. This purchase protection is not active when the child is absent.
