SSO adds one Admin tool to the Vendure MCP server. It lists the single sign-on providers that the Dashboard login page offers. SSO Federation adds no tool of its own. Its SAML and extra OIDC providers appear in the same list.

Without this grant, or while the License Guard verdict is invalid or locked, the result lists only the
providers from the SsoPlugin options. A setup with SAML providers only then returns an empty list. While
