Plugin Options

OrgHierarchyPlugin includes OrgAccountsPlugin. When you use the hierarchy, register only OrgHierarchyPlugin and give it all options. OrgHierarchyPlugin.init() calls OrgAccountsPlugin.init() with your account options and the hierarchy strategies. It sets companyAddressScopeStrategy and companyUserAssignmentStrategy, so you cannot set these two options: init() throws an error when you do. An orderAttributionStrategy that you set runs after the hierarchy writes the business unit of the order.
