The plugin exposes six pluggable extension points. All have sensible defaults; override only the ones you need.
OrderRequestStrategy
resolveCustomer returns the Customer that the resulting Vendure Order will be attributed to. Throw to reject
the OrderRequest with a cXML 400-class status.
